A motorized screen is a retractable screen with a quiet electric motor inside the housing. The mesh lowers along side tracks that keep it taut, then winds back into a compact cassette mounted above the opening when you don't need it.
- Remote or wall switch operation, so nobody has to reach or pull
- Side tracks that hold the mesh steady when the wind picks up
- A slim housing that blends into the fascia or beam when the screen is up
- Mesh choices including standard fiberglass and pet-resistant TuffScreen
We install the Mirage 4500 motorized system, built for wide patio openings and garage doors. It's the motorized side of the same Mirage lineup we use for our retractable screen doors, so the look stays consistent if you have screens elsewhere in the house.
